Malcolm has been making baskets since the late 1980’s, having trained with basketmaker Jack West in Guilford after leaving art school.

Mostly inspired by the British agricultural tradition as well as elements of other European styles.

Materials are sourced from around the south west with much coming from withy beds planted at Thunderbolt Farm.
